A Typical Race Day
Race days are a fun time to get to know other members, learn to sail, or join the regatta. Many members take their boats out for the race or just a fun sail around the lake. The club boats are also available on a first come first serve basis for the race days.
We highly encourage outsiders to show up on race days and we will try to find a boat for you to go out on. This is a great way to be introduced to sailing.
Although our two primary fleets are Flying Scots and Buccaneer dinghies we welcome all dinghies and small keel boats to join in. We race Portsmouth Yardstick.
