2024 Race Schedule and guidelines

SCHEDULE

FALL '24

Traditional Competitive Races: All boats
All races are on Sundays
Skipper's meetings at 1 pm*

• Sept. 15, 22, 29
• Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27
• Nov. 3, 10, 17, 24

*Please volunteer to run one or more races and be entered into the drawing for a Depalma's gift certficate.

GUIDELINES

Races will not be held if forecast on Sailflow chart at 1 hour before skipper's meeting is less than 4 knots OR greater than 17 knots OR
gusts of >20 knots for the 3 hours after skipper's meeting.  Scroll down to see Sailflow chart at the bottom of this page.
 
Awards:

• Masters Class (those who have been club champion in the past)
• Challenger Class (those who have not been club champion yet)
• Small boat races   (Spring '24 only)

To win a class, racers must compete in at least 75% of the races.
